Does the recipient need a vase for the flowers?

No, not at all! Every bouquet (excluding hatboxes and baskets) is delivered standing in a nutrient-enriched water pack inside our luxury presentation box, treated with specialized flower food. It is ready to display immediately without needing a vase.

What if the recipient is not at home during delivery?

It is completely safe. Because our bouquets are transported standing in an autonomous water pack inside our protective box, our couriers can safely leave them in a secure spot (Safe Place) or with a neighbor. The flowers stay 100% fresh and hydrated until the recipient arrives.

Are your bouquets made by third-party local florists?

No, never! Unlike online aggregators (like MyFlowers or Interflora), 100% of our bouquets are designed, hand-tied, and quality-checked in-house by our own senior florists in our Cheetham Hill studio.

How does the "Collect in Store" option work?

Select "Pick up" at checkout (£5.00 handling fee). Collections are available 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday) between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM at 151 Cheetham Hill Rd, Manchester M8 8LY. Place your order before 1:00 PM for same-day collection, or by Friday 1:00 PM for weekend collections. Note that our studio operates strictly by pre-order.

Will I see the bouquet before it is delivered?

Absolutely! As your local florist, we send you a picture preview of your completed arrangement along with an estimated delivery time before our courier departs.
